Biogram

My name is Ania, and I am a graphic designer and art director. In my branding projects, I love to sneak in illustrations that bring a smile, as designing them brings me great joy. The creative freedom I have allows me to explore new themes and styles. I find inspiration in my surroundings, and I've been told many of my character illustrations resemble my dog inviting you for a belly rub. Whenever possible, I like to drop in a small joke—or, when the stars align, a hand-drawn butt.

I love all dogs and long walks (especially the ones with dogs). I live with a bike mechanic, so I guess that makes me a bike person too. I’m always down for good food. I graduated with honours from the New Media Art department at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology. For four years, I worked at the well-established Warsaw-based Mamastudio, starting as an intern and progressing to a senior designer. There, I developed brand identities, created illustrations, and sprinkled in some motion design.

In November 2023, I joined the Swiss creative strategy studio AndHuman (andhuman.co) as Head of Design. AndHuman was born from the belief that branding isn’t about decoration, but about world-building and creating belonging. As part of the AndHuman team, we’ve been building brands as spaces — places where people feel they truly belong. Places that unite, inspire, and endure. Whether it’s Y Combinator startups shifting into a new market, or global companies like Givaudan or Roche seeking new relevance, we craft identities and campaigns that act as compasses — guiding decisions, sparking communities, and building futures.

Good food, good mood.
